Jay Carter

Jay Carter is originally from Tauranga having attended Tauranga Boys College before moving to Wellington to further his golfing career.

He has played representative golf for Bay of Plenty, Wellington and NZ Juniors and was in the NZ Titleist Academy for 5 years.

He now has a passion for coaching and is coach for the Bay of Plenty Golf Association and is on the New Zealand Golf High Performce Coaching Panel.

Jay is currently coaching some of the regions top players, such as Jared Pender, James Hamilton, Andrew Stewart and Ben Taylor among others.

Mark Leach

Mark Leach is the only "import" to the Golf Fusion Team, he grew up in the Naki (Taranaki) and completed his NZPGA Training in Napier.

Mark is a well organised, knowledgeable and passionate coach, who has a particular interest in fitness and nutrition and how they relate to performance.

He has already stamped his mark on coaching here at Golf Fusion in a short time helping many of our members to improve.

Mikayla Bell

Mikayla grew up in Mt Maunganui having played and excelled in every sport under the sun. She has represented the BOP in many sports including golf where she representated NZ Juniors as a 14 year old.

She has joined the team at Golf Fusion to complete her NZPGA Qualification and is already an asset to our team.

Mikayla has just completed her degree in sport science with a special interest in biomechanics and will no doubt use this knowledge to become a great coach.
